Parsees, both in India and abroad, are depleting by the month. In order to encourage young Parsee boys and girls to settle down in houses of their own and therefore procreate and keep the community alive, trustee in his individual capacity of R.K. Daryanani and Mr. Sohli D. Chenoy have kept 10 flats in a separate wing for unmarried Parsees only. 'Silver Dale' is an exclusive housing project with a club house being constructed in Pune, located in close proximity with Sopan Baug and Uday Baug bungalow schemes near Empress Garden at Ghorpadi, Pune.
