Begin with Zaryab

It is very likely that at the time of Zaryab (see the paper on Zaryab in this site), the Iranians still cooked in the same way as the sassanid’s era. In this case, it would be interesting to take as a starting point his treaties.

I am sure you have already read this short Persian ("Pahlavi") texts; there we find some interesting receipts:
Husrô î kavâdân ud rêdak-ê

Husrav Kuvatan va ridak-i

Postby Farvardyn » Sat Jan 17, 2004 12:05 am

Dear Oshnar,

This is interesting that an Arabic translation of "Husrav Kubadan va Ridak-i" could be found in "Gharare Moluke siar" of Sa'alebi. This book has been translated into Persian once by "Mahmud Hedayat" and another time by "Ahmad Fazaeli".

Havidj, if you are affraid to read posts on this forum, just don't wate your time reading this site. This site is for scholars only.
